Introduction to Integrated Positional Therapy Presentation May 17th 7:30-8:45 pm
Part presentation, part demonstration, this event is a great introduction for that person in your life who won’t come to yoga!
Daily Five Body Balancers May 31st 7:30-8:45 pm
In this gentle yoga class, we will explore variations on 5 simple stretches & strengthening exercises to support healthy posture and ease aches and pains. The postures in this class are suitable for all levels.
Yoga Solutions for Painless Living Thursdays 7:30 – 8:45 p.m at Serenity Yoga in South Hadley
